Order in confidence! We guarantee our products to be free from physical defects. If any product is damaged during shipping, we will replace the product at no charge. If a video product becomes damaged while viewing, we will replace it at no charge. After viewing a course you've ordered, if you feel it was too basic or too advanced for you, call us WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER, to obtain a Return Authorization # before sending it back to us, and we will exchange it for another Item from our Catalog or issue you a refund (less our Shipping & Handling fee).

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept secure-server credit or debit card payments (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). If you experience a problem, or if you would like to pay by Check, please call us toll-free (1-800-718-7246; Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern), and we will be happy to process your order and payment over the phone.

Shipping & Handling Fees
All orders go out within 2 business days unless an item is temporarily out of stock. For addresses within the 48 contiguous U.S. states, our Shipping & Handling fee is $7.00 per order. Orders to a STREET ADDRESS go by UPS Ground. Orders to a P.O. BOX ADDRESS go by U.S. Postal Service First-Class Mail. All orders going to Canada go by U.S. Postal Service First-Class Mail, and our Shipping & Handling fee is $15.00 per order. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, and non-U.S. addresses incur an additional Shipping fee, which we will calculate and advise you of when we process your order.
