At Automotive Video, Inc., (hereinafter referred to as "AVI") we take your privacy and security very seriously. Here is some information to help you understand our Data Collection and Storage methods.

GENERAL STATEMENT
Any information that AVI collects (as described below) may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which AVI or its affiliates, subsidiaries, or agents maintain facilities. By using this site, non-U.S. citizens impliedly give their consent to any such transfer of information outside of their country. AVI may disclose your Personal Information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal processes; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of AVI, our web site, or users of our products or our web site; or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of AVI, users of our products or our web site, or the public.

CUSTOMER DATA
To ship each order, AVI collects the following information: Company Name (if applicable), Contact Name, Shipping Address, and Phone Number. Providing us with your Fax Number is optional. When paying by credit card, we collect the Card Number, Expiration Date, Name on the card, and the Address to which card statements are mailed. When paying by check, we collect the name of your Bank, its Routing Number, your Checking Account Number, the Check Number you're paying with, and the Name of the Signer on the Checking Account. When ordering online, we collect your e-mail address, which is optional when ordering by phone. The only information AVI ever shares with any third party is the minimum required to securely and successfully process, deliver, and provide follow-up support (if applicable) for the orders we receive.

PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER DATA
Our Sales Reps use publicly available business phone directories to proactively call prospective customers. After talking with one of our Sales Reps, if you request more information, we will collect the information required to fulfill your initial request via email, fax, or postal mail (your preference). Providing us with more than the minimum information required is optional. We do not make ANY of this information available to any third parties.

COOKIES
To personalize your visits to our web site, parts of our web site uses "cookies," which are small pieces of information that your browser stores on your computer's hard drive. If you do not have cookies enabled in your browser, you will still be able to access our site fully. We do not make any information collected by our cookies available to third parties.

ONLINE FORMS
The forms on our web site (for submitting a question, request, or feedback to us) collect your Name, your Email Address, and your Phone# (in case we have a problem responding via email). Providing us with your Company Name and Fax# are optional fields on our forms. We do not make any information collected by our online forms available to third parties.

E-NEWSLETTER
If you provide us with your email address and/or your Fax#, we assume, until we hear otherwise, that it is OK for us to send you our e-Newsletter, which we publish every other month or so. (The faxed version will usually be just the highlights of the full emailed version, which you can access on our web site.) We do not share your email address or your Fax# with any third parties. If you prefer not to receive email from us, CONTACT US, put REMOVE in your Message, and be sure to tell us which email address you want us to stop sending to. Each fax we send has instructions for removing your Fax# from our system. We honor all remove requests as quickly as possible.
